Je beweegt vanuit het thoracale deel van de ruggengraat. Zo verbindt je armen en benen met je krachtcentrum.<br \/>\nDe myofascia zorgen voor connectie van je voet tot op je hoofd. Hierdoor is elke houding krachtig en dynamisch.<br \/>\nInterne flexibiliteit en kracht zijn een belangrijk doel van de beoefenaar. Door veel oefenen activeer je de diepliggende kernspieren die het lichaam jong en vitaal houden.<br \/>\nHet bewegen vanuit de ruggengraat en het gebruik van de kernspieren heeft een weldadige invloed op lichaam en brein :<br \/>\n1. Massage van de organen.<br \/>\n2. Intercostale spieren en diepe spieren tussen wervels worden gestretcht.<br \/>\n3. De bloedcirculatie wordt volop geactiveerd. Toxines worden geelimineerd.<br \/>\n4. Een krachtige en lenige en gezonde rug.<br \/>\n5. Activatie, stretching en versteviging van psoas, iliopsoas en abdominale spieren.<br \/>\n6.
