Grand Ma\u00eetre Yang Sau Chung appris cette m\u00e9thode de son p\u00e8re Yang Chen Fu et la transmit \u00e0 son h\u00e9ritier et Premier Disciple, Ip Tai Tak. A son tour, Ma\u00eetre Ip enseigna cette m\u00e9thode \u00e0 son Disciple, Robert Boyd.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de mourir, Ma\u00eetre Ip lui autorisa, (sans pr\u00e9judice), \u00e0 enseigner cette m\u00e9thode \u00e0 ceux qui cherchent \u00e0 approfondir leur compr\u00e9hension martiale du taiji Yang.<\/p>\n<p>Le style du serpent demande une grande flexibilit\u00e9 de la colonne vert\u00e9brale, des hanches, du cartilage des c\u00f4tes et des muscles profonds de l&rsquo;abdomen, de la partie haute de la cage thoracique et du dos. Le mouvement sinueux du style du serpent d\u00e9place le centre de gravit\u00e9 en mobilisant les muscles \u00a0\u00bb noyaux\u00a0\u00bb.
